By accessing or using Nestlet, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract to use Nestlet. All users are required to complete identity verification before listing a property or enquiring about one.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use Nestlet in good faith and in accordance with all applicable laws. You will not post misleading information, harass other users, or attempt to circumvent the platform's safety measures.

4. Listings & Bookings

Listings must be accurate and up to date. By creating a listing, you confirm that you have the legal right to sublet or transfer the property, including any required landlord consent.

5. Payments & Fees

Nestlet charges service fees on completed bookings. Full fee details are shown before any transaction is confirmed. Payments are processed through our secure payment partner.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nestlet acts as a marketplace connecting tenants and head tenants. We are not a party to any rental agreement and our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Australian law.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Nestlet after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
